Glyn Thomas, left, in his studio with Emma

Beloved local artist Glynn Thomas is backing Labour’s Emma Bishton to be the next MP in South Suffolk. Glynn says the arts are vital in education and that only Labour is prioritising the teaching of arts and humanities in our schools.

“Emma really understands education and the importance of a broad curriculum that includes the arts, performing arts and music. Our children’s education will be in safe hands with Emma and with Labour.”

Emma visited Glynn’s studio while on the campaign trail in Capel St Mary. She’s a teacher, musician and former school governor.
